Anti Moisture Granules

These are special mineral based plastic compounds that helps in improving reprocess or recycled plastic quality and their uses.

We have different grades of Anti Moisture Granules for various applicatons such as:

Additive for HDPE pipes

High-performance additive designed for fully eliminating moisture and maximizing quality of Polyethylene Pipes.

Indica ECO is presented in the form of Masterbatches specially designed for HDPE & LDPE pipes.

  • Removes drain marks and surface bubbles.
  • Solves surface problems relating to moisture like silver streaks and Fish eyes, etc.
  • Increases shine & finish of the end product.
  • Increase Reprocess plastic loading.
  • Increases lifespan of the pipe.
  • Reduces the problem of Pinholes.
  • Maintains strength of the pipes.
  • Decreases roughness from surface of the pipes.

Recommendations for use:

Dosage: between 2% and 5% OR as per the requirements.

Directions to use:

> Use over within 3 hours after opening the packet.
> Do not pre-heat Indica additive with raw material.
> Mix in raw material just before the extrusion process.
